Elemental Gifts Gallery And Gift Shop
Ripoff sent my items that I was to sell in the store back to me via UPS without my consent just throwing them in a box without wrapping them with paper or bubble wrap

Elemental Gifts Gallery and Gift Shop entered into a verbal agreement as well as a written agreement to sell my items (it was not signed, but I have it in writing that she wanted to use it as a guideline and I followed it as if it was binding, with all of my responsibilities). We had an agreement that if anything was to be sent back to me, I would have 7 days within which to pick up my items from the store.

Suzan Hawil of Elemental Gifts sent me an email telling me that she was going to send all my items back to me via UPS and that she was going to do it the day after she sent the email. She unilaterally made a decision, since she did not hear from me, (she did not call me, and I was sick and not on my computer) that she would send the items back the same day that she sent the email, not allowing me to make arrangements to pick up my items and not giving me the 7 days we agreed to per the written and our oral agreements.

My items were floral arrangements, wreaths and various glass items, all very fragile. I called her the day she said she was planning on shipping the items (as soon as I got the email) to stop her from shipping them and to arrange to pick them up, only to find that she shipped them the day she sent the email.

She did not pack my items correctly, she did not wrap or pad anything, my items were dirty, broken and a mess when they came back to me. She did not label the boxes "fragile", "do not stack" or "this side up". I contacted her and told her that she should pay for the damage and she refused.

I told Ms. Hawil that I would take full legal action against her and her company and that I would report her to the proper entities, and she threatened me that she would take any slander on my part very seriously. She thinks she is a lawyer and she is not. I am entitled to tell the truth about her negligence, and I have witnesses as to our verbal agreements, and the condition of my items before I left them in her custody, what the boxes looked like inside and what my items looked like when I got them back.
