Scam no refund on appliances bought and paid for not delivered, one sold to someone else Ripoff

3 appliances bought and paid for 9/25 not delivered on Fri 9/30 story was all 3 damaged in an accident, This was not true, freezer sold to someelse, washer dryer missing in the store. Policy all sales final no refunds, Josh working said he would refund the $75 for freezer but they would have to find another washer dryer in the store no refund he would lose his job. The owner would not come to the store hung up on Drew he called the police, report made civil matter. Owner name Rich ph 303-919-5602. We found out he had 2 other stores that have been shut down this last year. Drew did not want any appliance in the store felt all a scam and maybe not working. Can you check then out so no one else gets ripped off thanks
