My sweetheart wanted professional help in getting her credit card debt under control. These predators have not only failed to make timely payments, they use the stalling tactic of making new agreements necessary every time they're called.
They take money out of her account early in the month but don't disburse until weeks later. Not only do they steal the interest gained, but late payments are now adding to the debt. Last month, some payments simply weren't made.
In the four or five months since first being defrauded by these snakes, her total credit card debt has increased and her credit score has dropped. Whereas before, she paid minimum payments on time every month and received no dunning phone calls, now she gets calls from credit card companies and gets hit with late fees.
This is worse than ineptitude - this is outright fraud, and Florida is the worst state in the country for consumer protection. These people are worse than the Nigerians and Russians who send spam emails trying to defraud greedy Americans. FCCC preys on people trying to do the right thing.
If they brag about being a Christian business, they're going to screw you. If they're located in Florida, they're going to get away with it.
