On 11/15, i bought a (Frigidaire design: fwsb5700ds0 serial no: xc52300870) from bestbuy. On or about 7/10 device created an issue of loud and sluggish spin period. Consequently, there was a phone positioned to Frigidaire confirming the problem. Frigidaire designated an incident number (3011662109) and called me to some&elizabeth manufacturer support (possessed by sears) for fix/alternative and issue solution. I named as recommended by Frigidaire elizabeth & a manufacturer providers to plan a fix. After I named I had been placed on store for over twenty (20) units. Lastly, a&elizabeth owner arrived online and planned a fix visit planned for 7/13 (ser. Order 96252440). On his visit on 7/13, a&e specialist (technology identification: 0876177) decide the issue due to "harm device gear just" and nothing else. Specialist quit without screening the equipment and changed the gear. After I went the equipment, not just the first issue of sluggish/loud spin remains after he quit but water leaked beneath the machine making an "electric risk". I named a&elizabeth and record the issue of water dripping sluggish/loud and electrical risk. A reschedule another visit having a guarantee to deliver a " technician ", alternatively exactly the same technician is sent by them. On his next visit, specialist was rude, and unprofessional in conduct. This time around, identified it and he looked over the identical device "indication issue", that was never there during his initial visit two days before. A specialist stated indication is " not coated with guarantee" and quit without repairing something. Please create a remember that device it is coated with twelve months manufacture guarantee and was bought just 6 months before. After I approached Frigidaire as needed legally additionally they WOn't either fix or substitute the equipment.
