Someone opened a account under my name without my consent or knowledge to do so. Now a delinquint account is showing up on my account preventing me from obtaining proper credit.
When I called Bellsouth they told me to contact your Offices to dispute the delinquint account. I have lived at my address for three years and never lived or even known anyone at the address that the account opened for.
