Use my credit card and info, signed me up for a magazine subscription

I signed up for True.com found some interesting ladies near me. Since they are a dating company I had to pay a monthly fee. No problem, I entered my check card info and a billing address, and became a paid member to meet these ladies.

About a month after, I got a magazone from psychology today. I threw it away. The second month I got another mag, and then a bill. I never ordered a magazine subscription. Around this time I had to cancel my bank card, I had forgotten my pin number. About a week after I canceled my bank card I got a warning bill from psychology today saying I owed them monies, and they could not access my payment account.

With the warning letter there was a toll free number, I called them and said I never ordered there magazine and why are they trying to access my bank account. The operator explained that they could not access my bank account. I explained to him that I had canceled my card and got a new one but that was beside the point I do not want the magazine.

I then asked him how did my name get in there computer, he said a subscription card. I asked him who gave them my info, yes you guessed it True.com Beware of these guys, signing members up for magazine subscritions and giving away there bank account info... So there are 2 companise involved True.com and the psychology magazine
