Empirical Film Or Rare DVDs Empricalfilm. Tv is a FRAUD! BeWare!

I bought a set of "BEAUTY AND THE BEAST" (BATB-10) DRAMA DVD episodes, never receieved it. Ignored my e-mails, after sending out numerous e-mails regarding my order. Just ignored them all after replying the first time that they will refund the money, since they didn't have the product in stock. Nope, nothing happened since their last e-mails. Is there anything that can be done to these people so that no other poor people won't get affected by this fraudulent company? I would like a refund, but even if i don't get the $150 USD shipping that which i have paid for, i just want to see these fraudsters put in jail or fined. Anthing you can do or suggest??? This was supposed to be a gift for my ex-girlfriend, but i guess she'll never get it.
