I did order on Nov 6 four dvds:
Spiderman 3, Bourne Ultimatum, Die Hard 4 & The Beauty & The Beast. This dvds supossed to be a Xmas present for my family! Never arrived on Xmas untill January 6; as soon arrived I'd played and I'd found out three were damages and the only dvd that play OK was Die Hard4.
Next day I'd sent the 3 damage dvds and since that time I'm waiting for any response. I'd been sending e'mails and calling and never answered!
