* WARNING * for California Real Estate potential licensees or current licensees: this company sent me a DVD mailer with testimonials about the program.in my opinion, the video uses poor — and even laughable — visual composition techniques, and is not worth the $200 dollars I spent on this program.
For that money, I got the 7.5 hour video tape and paper study guide (which is basically hundreds of vague word associations without complete sentences or definitions). Very confusing.
I would imagine that this company is making lots of money sending out copies of this video program (which seems to be as old as 10 years). Thus, I would think they should re-invest that money to make a better-quality program.
Buyer beware if you order this product, as there is no guarantee of a refund and the company asks you to return your product when you pass the state exam. What is insulting to my intelligence is that they tell me if I attempt to duplicate the video tape, special technology embedded in the tape will damage my VCR. If that were possible, every movie rental shop would implement such tech into their videos. I think the producer of this program needs his head checked.
This would be worth about $20.00 but don't pay more for it than that.
