I purchased a Play Station 2 Slimline from Consumer Solutions on ebay May 24 (like new condition). They want people to pay with money order or cashiers check. I like paypal because you are always protected with a purchase, however I didn't have any reason not to trust these people (what a mistake).
I immediatly went to get a cashiers check and sent it to them. 2 weeks later, I received the 'PS2'. It was in horrible shape, dirty and just looked aweful, but we then were going to hook it up to see if it worked - they sent the wrong power cord we couldn't even hook it up (still can't)! I immediatly e mailed them (thru ebay) to let them know - it took them 2 weeks to respond!
Ever since June, I have emailed them, called them and even contacted ebay personally to see if they could help-no such luck. I actually feel ebay is just as fraudulet as Consumer Solutions-BOTTOM DWELLERS! Also my feedback was never posted and the claim I filed will not show up - and ebay won't help-connection here???
Please do not buy anything from Consumer Solutions or ebay.
They do not care about the consumer - all they care about is getting your money, and forgetting about you!
