I wish that I had known about consumer complaints before ordering from this company.
In June of this year I ordered a Folkwear pattern from them to be used in a theatrical production. I paid via PayPal and received a confirmation of my order. However, the pattern never arrived and I had to wing it for the costumes. Harper House never responded to any of my emails, nor was I able to reach them by phone.
I strongly advise readers not to do any business with this company.
