All I Have gotten are 2 "apologetic" emails from Fedders informing me and requesting exactly the same info they're identifying whether I'm entitled to support that is warrantee. It has been happening since early July which is currently middle-September and incredibly warm and damp in Ma! While they be seemingly awaiting my warrantee to operate out I'm tired of awaiting them. This really is support that is wretched and that I might recommend anybody in Boston to not purchase something produced by the Fedders Company!
