I received a letter stating I owed a debt to MCI Communication Services. I have NEVER EVER used MCI I tried to speak with someone at the office but they rudely hung up on me. They want me to dispute this but are not willing to talk with me. The letter I received was very poorly written with very bad grammar. I think a grade schooler could have done better! In my letter this collection agency is collecting for another collection agency why? What was wrong with the first agency? Oh yeah they are also on the the consumer complaints Midland Credit Management!!! What a scam!!!
