I sent a letter to Bill Harris, "Director" of Centerpointe Research Institute, in mid- April indicating I paid $1,000 for "inner-circle membership" and received only one "custom" CD (and have no intention of ordering more CD's). I requested a refund of the "membership" dues less the cost of producing the one "custom" CD.
After not having received a reply by the end of May, I sent an e-mail message asking if I could expect the courtesy of a reply. I was told, via e-mail, that Bill Harris had been "out of town for most of the last month."
Being as I never did receive any further communication from Centerpointe, I filed a complaint with the Oregon Better Business Bureau on July 4th. The Oregon BBB also never received any response from Centerpointe and therefore closed my case at the end of August.
