Ipoff - Who's Who in Middle School book was never sent. I paid $100.00 Canton

I received a letter stating my son was nominated to the Who's Who in Middle School. I also sent in a picture for the book. I was charged $100.00! I have tried to contact KGLA Publications, with no positive results. It is very upsetting to my 12 year old also. He was looking forward to the book. I also am VERY upset that I lost $100.00, and that my son was upset. I want my $100.00 back, and even some compensation for my son. We already told his school, put it in the Newspaper, and told all family and friends. This is disgraceful!!
