I was contacted by phone to become a member of the Connection club for internet dating. I was told I would be assigned a "personal matchmaker" who would provide me with introductions to other singles, with access to NINE internet dating sites. I was also to be contacted with info on singles get togethers such as dinners, cruises, and the like. Cost for 3 months was 39.95.
At the end of one month, I have received nothing at all. Oh, I did get an e-mail originally from someone who said they were my personal matchmaker, but I've received NOTHING else.
I have sent two e-mails, both of which have not been answered. I also called, but supposedly because of so many calls I was told to leave my name and number and my call would be returned.
It has not been returned. Don't waste your money. When contacted I even specifically asked what they meant when they said they had ample singles within "driving distance". I was told that was within 25 miles of me. Just like throwing one's money away.
