I have done work for Missing Link and JaeMichael Henderson and I would like to come to his defense. Some people hire an inverstigator hoping to find dirt on spouses or ex-spouses and when the report does not come back with what the client wants to hear they think that Missing Link and Mr. Henderson have not done their job. Some clients even stop payment on checks. This is a company that follows every lead in an investigation and sometimes puts in extra time to help clients, at no extra charge. If he is not in a city where a case is, he will contact an associate and get the work done locally. He flies all over the United States to follow up on cases.
He has helped find runaways. He has tracked down deadbeat parents and helped single mothers get what is coming to them. He sometimes does hardship cases at no charge because the client doesn't have the money.
Not every case is going to end up like people would like or hope it will. Ask any investigator and sometimes the "dirt" is just not there.
If people have a legitimate complaint they should contact the company, not hide behind a site that allows people to make accusations and hide their identity or tell the whole story.
