Ripoff I have been trying to call them email them nothing works. They took my money out of my account and I still haven't received my purchase. They don't return emails or voicemails so what do they expect me to do

I placed an order on Aug 9th they told me it would take 15 days I keep trying tocantact them but there email don't work and when you call the 866# they give you it don't work. They have already took my money out of my account how long should I wait...
