I got in touch with these people over the internet because I needed legal help. A woman named Debbie returned my call. I told her my situation and she took my information. She asked me about my banking situation and the account routing number and I gave it to her. I told her plainly that the money wasnt in the account and wouldnt be until the 1st of the month and she promised me that it wouldnt be.
Well it was drafted out the next day and it put me in a heck of a situation with the bank. I called them back and spoke with her and she and Dennis promised that it would be returned to my account. It was drafted out on the 16th of this month and it hasnt been put back into it as of yet and it is now the 21st. I have called them several times and Dennis even recorded some of the conversation saying that it would be taken out on the 1st. They new my surcumstances and the issues I was facing and knew that I am disabled and on a fixed income but took the money anyway and still havent returned it.
I put my faith in these people and was severly let down. I told Debbie that I have a challenged child and that she needed diapers and thats why things had to wait until the 1st. Now I will have to figure out how to get my child what she needs. This was all the money I had to do me for the rest of the month. I keep calling them and asking when the money will be put back into my account and they keep telling me that it will be soon but isnt.
