Just a word of warning for anyone who may of been doing business with Land of Liberty. Land of Liberty was dissolved in the courts at the end of June. They reopened under the name of American Creative Solutions also using the name ACS.
The company is ran by Tina Bond formally of Business Provisions, Inc. She also uses the name of Stephanie Johnson.
If you are thinking of purchasing telemarketed mortgage leads from her please beware. She will promise you the world but will not deliver. And should you call there to speak with her she will never be in the office.
Her newest thing is to have the Receptionist call old clients to inform them that American Creative Solutions was bought out and has new ownership. Believe me this to is a lie.
Any leads that you recieve from ACS are old rehashed leads from when she was know as Business Provisions and Land of Liberty.
She promises your leads are exclusive but these leads will go out to 2 or 3 different clients.
She will tell you the cost of your campaign will include the list price but no list is ever purchased.
