They have lost two of my online payments (paid online via bb&t) and lost one of my husbands payments paid online (he cancelled so they did not have the opportunity to lose the rest of them) i have been faxing copies of my cashed checks to sprint for two months and do you think i have heard from them? No - i continue to fax this info to every fax number i can find for sprint but no response. What else can i do??
