Ripoff will promise you anything not to disconnect your service then give you less for higher bill Denve

In July I called Dish to disconnect my service as I was
going to go with another company that I thought had better prices for same package. The Dish account rep. Offered me a wonderful package and price to stay with Dish and I accepted.

In order to show how unethical they are, I would like to show what I had before calling, the price, and what they offered me to stay. And then what I really got and the things that I have had go wrong since I accepted their "fabulous" offer.

I was paying approx. $65 a month for:
120 channels
Movie channels
1 extra receiver for bedroom.

If I stayed with Dish, they would give me:
Free upgrade to DVR equipment
180 channels
Movie channels
Local Channels
$50 dollars credit if I mailed my 2 old receivers back.
Would not change my renewal status or lock me in to extending the contract with them.
I would get all this for approx. $46 a month.

With that offer I agreed to stay with Dish. (HUGE MISTAKE)

After new equipment was installed I had problems with the bedroom remote not working and called in to report it.in the course of this transaction, I found out that my bill would be $80 something a month. I was astonished at what I had just discovered. I talked with acct. Rep. XVH (8-2) about this and she seemed very accommodating to my situation and apologized I don't know how many times and assured me that my bill was now fixed. And to show good faith would even give me 1 months free credit for all my trouble. I breathed a sigh of relief and thought I could now be done with it. WRONG!
A few hours later when I went to my TV, I now had my Movie channels removed!!!

I called 3hb (acct. Rep) and repeated the entire scenario to him. He would put my movie channels back "for me" but it was going to up my bill if I did. At this time, I request to speak to a supervisor, I was given his supervisor by the name of Steve. Steve began with a robotic attitude from the very beginning. Before the conversation was ended by Steve hanging up on me, I was accused of trying to get something for nothing. He was belligerent and condescending in ever aspect.

I called back to report "Steve" and an acct. Rep. Asked me to repeat the whole story again from start to finish. Which I did. She asked if I would let her supervisor assist me in this, and I agreed. Her name was Kathy and she assured me that she would get word to "Steve's" supervisor about his behavior and also have "Steve's" supervisor call me. (of this date, NO CALL BACK) During this call, I discovered my bill was going to be approx. $65 which is what I was paying before I even called to disconnect! But now I have even less than what I started with before I called them. Kathy said she would leave the 180 channel package and the local channels for approx. $45. A month. I wanted a lower bill and knew that I was going to still fight this with the higher level and that was all she would do for me. After hanging up with Kathy. Guess what. I now have the 120 channel package, not even the 180 channels. Every call my package shrinks and my bill goes up. This is where I am right now for the last price quoted to me, and we all know that is no guarantee.

local stations
No Movie channels
A bedroom remote that doesn't work most of the time.
My return fee for the old receivers has gone from $50 to $20.

God help me. This has been the worst experience with a business that I have ever had in my life.
