Hello Aurora,
I've sent an email from your site stating that I am missing 5 pre-tipped hair strands from my recent order online to you. I am a stylist here in Houston and my client paid to receive 200 strands of the pre-tipped hair, and she is very upset with me that she is lacking a balance of 5 that was not included in your delivery. I know sometime we make human errors, but I have no way of contacting you via phone other than email to try and solve this small problem.
I would greatly appreciate if if you would please contact me back on how soon we can recieve the balance of 5 strands that was shorted in the first initial order. This is my second online request for help in the matter. I look forward to your response soon. Thank you for your time.
