Since oct 01, when world com suckered me and many others into their trap, i received three bills in a 8 month span all with outrages amouts. Without success i turned to worldcom wireless for help after being on hold for a minimum each call 45 minutes and a maximum of 80 minutes the barely helped me unless i was giving them my money.
Well the last straw was last week when my phone just kept giving out on me i called them up for help ant the only thing i heard was too bad we cannot fix the phone here then they gave me a non working # for the motorola company. Because my phone is still under warranty.
A week later my phone still does not work nor does the number to motorola. I feel completly ripped off by these folks they should be ashamed of themselves everyone i know that had their service has had the same problems or worse!!!
I even tried to take it to another wirless service company to get it fixed and both companies said they have dropped worldcom!!! They each told me the company was a ripoff.
