On Friday, June 11, Michael Webb from Rent-A-Center, Oxon Hill, MD come to my home and knocked on my door where my children were inside. They didn't open the door because he is a stranger. He demanded that they hand over the sofa and love seat I am renting from them because I am late a few days on my monthly payment for the merchandise.
Of course the kids left the door closed, so Michael proceeded to vandalize my door with a bunch of "We missed you" tags placed all over my door. My neighbors saw my door which was humiliating to me. I called Michael's supervisor and found him to be just as ignorant, indignate and nasty as his employee.
If my payment is 1 day late with Rent-A-Center, Michael or someone else from his store calls my job and harass me until I come into the store and make a payment.
I really do not like renting from them and after the door incident am inclined to file a restraining order against this company.
