This company is a broker so we paid IT for a machine that was located in New Jersey (so we were told). We were going to pick the machine up as soon as arrangements were made. February came and we did not hear anything regarding the machine.
We were told there was a problem and then we were offered a machine that was located in Canada. We saw pictures but we were not interested in it. We proceeded to tell CFO that we wanted our money back because he did not make good on the original purchase order and invoice.
C.F. O'Neil will not contact us to speak with us regarding the $12500 that is owed back to us.
