I would like to complain about Mr. Christopher's pathetic law practice.
First, my husband and I have been waiting well over a year for any kind of return communication regarding an estate. We have a family to feed on minimum wage and Mr. Christopher is using his secretaries as a screening device.
We believe this is because we are not paying him money. The money has been paid to him by the deceased so he does not feel the need to move a little faster than zero.
In addition, the man screwed up the paperwork from the very get go, slowing things down a little further. He has not returned a phone call or even an e-mail in well over a year.
I understand the complexities of estate processing, but my husband is over 30 and the proceedings should not be this slow. I don't know if the will is contested due to the fact we recieve no communication for Mr. Christopher.
Mr. Christopher also does not have any answering machines for his office in case of emergency needs during the weekend. While he is off enjoying his pristine weekend, my husband and I struggle financially and have an inheritance dangled in front of our noses with no information regarding when, how, or what.
We would love an attorney's advice regarding the matter.
