An eBay drop-off franchise located in Costa Mesa, CA has now begun the practice of Churning. QuikDrop is continuing to sell franchises with full knowledge that most investors will close their store and lose all their investment. QuikDrop is not the only eBay drop-off franchise doing this.
DO NOT invest in this franchise. An implosion is underway and the company has stated at their recent meeting in Las Vegas that more stores are closing than new franchises being sold. So why don't they stop franchising until they see if they can right the ship? Answer: money. They would rather take people's money than be honest with them. Franchisees pay $1,200 a month royalty and $450 a month for national advertising. Most QuikDrop stores don't get one dime back for the $450 they are assessed for advertising.
