I read on the website that in order to read adds I had to pay a member fee of $14.95 and that I would have access to emails sent to an email box. I paid the memember fees only to find out that I had to pay an aditional amount of $25.95 and had no access to my emails.
I called the number provided and there was never any answer. And there is no email address or fax number. I even wrote them a letter and mailed it. No responce.
So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they got a response. Pets unlimited said my account was working properly. That all I had to do was simply log out and log back in to access the message center. (I had already done this on several occasions, and every time I got the page that said I had to an addtional $25.95 in order to read them)
Then they said the case was closed. As simple as that. No questions asked. No refund. Nothing. I only wanted what I paid for. I did not get that. Now I want my money refunded. I am the customer. You do what you need to to make them satisfied. You don't hide your contact information. And you answer your phones.
