I have been fighting Z-tel for proof of validity for about5 years now. I'm fed up. I tried one more time. And the CREDIT BUREAU VERIFIED the information but somehow I cannot get any proof of validity that this debt is mine.
There is a link on that tells you how to file for small claims court without a lawyer. I'm in the process of suing both the credit bureau and z-tel along with defamation of character because it is inaccurate
and has prevented me from obtaining other credit.
It is a 1000.00 fine for EACH violation of the FCRA and
I'm also looking into a lawyer because this has been goingon for over four years.
YOU CAN ALSO FILE A DISPUTE WITH THE FTC AND YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL I'm sick of these companies like these and the Credit Bureaus I'm going on a suing spree.
