Vancancynet.com claims to be a one stop shop for all of your Home Rental needs. However, after signing up for $39.00 I learned that all of their New Jersey listings are tied to HomeHunters.net.
Homehunters.net is another company that charges a fee of $195.00 for their services.
Upon signing up they in no way, shape or form have a clause saying that they use Homehunters.com for "ALL" of their available rent listings.
I have asked for my money back, but I have not recieved a return email. They do not offer a phone number or address where they can be reached, so I'm sure I will not be getting my money back any time soon.
