Just wanted to spread the word, and hopefully get my reimbursement. This company offers you a 7 day free trial/plus $1.99 shipping. Then you, without ordering it, receive 2 bottles with no explanation. Get your bank statement and $97.41 has been withdrawn. You go to the website to cancel and send the bottles back, and that's when the fine print suddenly appears that you can't get refunded on the first order, however, you can cancel your membership (the one you did not sign up for in the first place).
Once you cancel, you still seem to have $97.41 coming out of your (cancelled membership) account. So when you try to contact someone, you can't. The emails you send are auto reply and it's almost impossible to find a phone#. Once you do, it's a leave a message/phone# and we'll contact you. When they do, they only gather info, tell you the system is downloading and they will give your complaint to corp. Customer service, which no one returns the call. End of story. I'm still in the same place as i was, probably going to cancel my checking account and open a new one. I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help?!
