I ordered a free trial for $1.99 and the next thing I know I am getting an additional charge of $97.14 for a product I returned to them two months prior, funny thing is everytime I call them a woman named sheila answers with and accent and says one of two things, her computers are down, or her computers are updating so she can not get any information about my account. I also read her my whole print out in which it does not state anywhere on there that I would be charged for anything further than what I authorized her to charge. I have made copies and have sent a copy with a complaint to the address she gave me to send it to. Odds are the letter will go to sheila seeing is how in two months time she is the only one answering the phones. I am done waiting and being polite. So I am going to contact my bank about some unauthorized charges, and my copy of the printout wich shows exactly what I was suppose to be charged for. This is a ripoff company, don't except anything from this company because sheila will just charge you 97.41 for whatever reason, and think she can get away with it.
