We attempted to get their product and we were not approved even so they took $49.99 twice from my mothers atm card.
When we called the customer service people to ask them why this was done they said they do not deal with that kind of stuff, we asked to speak to someone in charge they said all we have is a general manager and he does not speak to the public thats what they were there for.
They said that they cannot return any money to the atm card until we receive a certificate in the mail and send it back to them
And they are going to charge us $20.00 for not being able to get the satellite in their terms of agreement it said there was a $49.99 activation fee
But we were not activated, and it also said this was for the first three months for the satellite when in the advertisment it says no bills for three months and free installation
We do not know how to get our money from these people we need help!!!
