Hello Im a long time employee for securitas security company, during my stay at red rock country club as an armed guard several things have happened that securitas has never dealth with their attitude is "oh well" these are actual incidents I have reported and witnessed while on the clients property and on duty, guards pulling thier guns out and pointing them around while loaded!!!
Guards having sexual intercourse on the golf course and in vacant houses!!!
Guards "upgrading" golf carts and seriosly offroading them causing distruction to clients proerty
Guards sleeping in patrol trucks... Sometimes for hours!!! One case of a lt and a trainee sleeping for 3 hours together!
No breaks for the honest hard working employees. There is no break schedule, nor following of any federal labor laws
This post is a complete joke while I left employees names out... The hoa president will be addressed of these problems! Thanks for listening!!!
