This is the world worst Lawer. He was drunk durring my case and pissed of the judge and lost my case for pissing off the judge. This guy walked away durring the court case to go take a drink or do some drugs as the courts was moving along. He pissed off the jury and acted like he never had a case go in front of a jury in his life. He sent me to a crooked Dr. That lied about me and made it sound alot worse then it realy was.
DO NOT USE THIS GUY. If you have a case use another lawer. Do not use Bradly H. Spear unles you want to lose your case. This guy told me if he lost that i would not have to pay a dime out no matter what. He lost my case now he is trying to collect 5 grand from me. He thinks that he can get money out of me when i don't have anything he can collect from. I'm in the middle of a case now that just happens to be a workers comp case but he has no idea that you can not put a lein on workers comp cases.
I know this guy is a drunk he has had 3 dui's and has to report every day to the bar to find out if he needs to take a piss test of breath allizer test. Then after he told me about this he had the nerve to ask me if i wanted a drink of booz in his office. I know that after he reads this he is going to try and sue me. I say go ahead i don't even need a lawer to beat him in court all i have to do is show up. He will lose it on his own.
So do your self a favor do not use Bradly H. Spear unless you want to lose your case. This so called lawer is such a loser he drives a beat up old a* mustang from the early 90's and he probley cheated to pass the bar. I know that he went to a comunity collage to even get in to law and he barley passed the bar on his 3rd try. I also know that his wife cheats on him almost every day with 2-3 of his friends
