Judge Judy TV show, technically removed my case from a Los Angeles Court House, contacted me and promised to Arbitrate my case on TV. They promised to pay my expenses, pay a fee for show, and "in case I win" they promised to pay the full amount. I guess their budget was tight, all evidence to the case was completely over looked, and the case was dismissed. So I technically lost over $5000 minus the $500 they paid for appearance of a day of sitting at their studio.
I'm disgusted from this outcome, since I had hard evidence to my case. Also I have been to the small claims courts, and arbitration proceedings before; I've never ever seen anything this disturbing before...
This show should be pulled off the air, as they producers and the host should be tried as criminals for major consumer fraud... Convincing citizens to come to their show and promising fair arbitration...
