Ripoff i signed up for one time only, for one month only for $29.99, but they have took out 2 more payments out of my checking, and will not answer my email to them Interenet

I signedup for one fee, for one month only, besides having 10 free trial days. It was 3-10-06 to 4-10-6. A another payment was took out in april and may 15th, i did not sign up for several months, i signed up for and clicked on one time only. I have emailed match.com twice, and they have not answered me back yet, i had to put a stop payment on match.com. Please investigate, and help someone else from having money that is not authorized from being took out of their account. No telling how many cust's have be done this way. Thanks donna dunn
