Ripoff service rjo said they fixed my sub, but it's not fixed and no recourse!

I took my subwoofer in to RJO to be fixed and explained the problem to them thoroughly.

They wanted a $35 deposit, which was fine, and I paid.
Then when I came back to pick it up, they said it was fixed, so I paid the bill.

When I got home and plugged it in, it had the same humming problem as when I took it in. So I PAID FOR NOTHING!

What a SCAM!

So I called them back and they said I would have to pay another deposit for them to look at it again.

Are they nuts!

So I filed a complaint with my credit card. They refused to credit me sayign that RJO said they fixed it.

What a bunch of bull.

So I filed a complaint with the BBB. No luck with them either.

What a joke!

So now I have a REALLY expensive sub that doesn't work!
Don't use this company to fix your speakers!
