Ripoff puppy scam western union did not recive puppy 1100$ Cameroon Yaounde

I fond a man online selling puppies he said that he would send me a puppy for 600 dollars if i send the money western union, so i sent it to him he wrote me back and said that he needed more money for a dog kennel and corenten process that would be 300 dollars more. So i sent that than he asked for more money because he needed to insure the dog for flight that he wanted 450 more to run test on the puppie needless to say by the time he asked for the 450 i was very aprehinseve and did not send the money. I never recived the dog now he will not awnser my phone calls or respond with e mail. Help...
