I have repeatedly disputed items on my report with them. Even gave them the names of the person (s) who actually opened the accounts. Still they say the information was "verified". That is a crock!
They are also TrueCredit.com. Someone opened an account with them under my name and I have sent letters and emails etc to get this cancelled. Because of this, someone has now stolen my identity and is costing me thousands of dollars. Oh you can't contact TransUnion by phone, and when you call TrueCredit, they won't even tell you who OWNS them. They say its confidential.
Everyone should check their credit report, however DO NOT use TrueCredit.com or TransUnion, unless you request it in WRITING, not via the WEB. Otherwise you will end up with someone from there stealing YOUR identity!
