The initial order took forever to get to me because they order from the company when they get an order, so it takes twice as long.
They helped me at first with a return only to have them fail to do so again when the bras didn't fit.
Now I am stuck with over 200 dollars invested only to have bras that don't fit, tags still intact.
My husband is in the military and we live in Germany, I apologized to them because I couldn't try them on and get a correct size and style before I ordered them.
I know they can return them to the company-because they told me they could, but I now have no options.
I was even going to offer to return them and ask them to just send the money invested to a charity, instead of a product that doesn't fit collecting dust at the back of one of my drawers.
But, they didn't answer my e-mails and didn't accept my return in the mail.
