Joel osteen came to our city and i had tickets, but he was alsogoing to appear at the booksamillion for a book signing. I got there at 7:30 am and sat in my car until people started lining up. I was number six in line and when i left to go to work thelady at the counter said be back before 12 noon to claim your place in line. I walked back into the store at 11:33 am and was told that i would have to go to the back of the line.
I saw the girl who had told me when to be back but she wouldn't look at me. I had to leave to go back to work. I missed seeing and meeting mr. Osteen. I have since cancelled my membership with booksamillion and never go in there anymore.
I saw an ad this week for a book signing and it said to be sure to get there early to be given as assigned number. I hate for any one else to stand in line and get a low number and still not get to meet the person or get their book signed. I was a faithfullcustomer for many many years, but now booksamillion just leaves
a bad taste in my mouth.
I hope that no one else is treated this way by these people!
