Ordered leather motorcycle jacket and have not received item in the stated delivery time. No emails or phone calls were returned and only after calling local post office and police, was able to obtain information on this company. The Company phone number (888-792-6287) just goes into voice mail.
It is a local resident running the business single-handed out of his home and evidently has been quite ill recently. Supposedly he is back trying to catch up on orders but I have yet to receive item but have secured his home phone number and will resort to that if I have to.
A recent email from Phil Sinner, the owner, indicated that my order would ship in 48 hrs and that was 5 days ago. Sort of odd that the shipping charges are seemingly higher than ususal and yet the items are not sent in an expedited manner.
I would like to think there are legitimate reasons for this delay and not just another internet rip off but I am becoming frustrated at the lack of product and lack of personal attention to doing the right thing. The Leather Merchant's hosted website has not responded to this incident either nor has any of the leather links that are on his page. Nobody seems to care anymore.
