I ordered and received a leather jacket from just-leather.com. It was the wrong jacket and so returned it following their explicit instructions with a return receipt from the U.S. Post Office.
After leaving repeated phone messages and email messages, five months later just-leather.com has still not refunded my money and have repeated lied to me. Three weeks ago they stated that they had cut a refund check and mailed it to me. I have not received anything. What will it take to shut this company down?
