These Sears stores sell refurbished items at discounted prices. Ut beware of the of the Original price they advertise.in my case, they had a Toshiba 62" DLP High Def. TV model# 57 057 62HM95/84R Originally Priced at $4999.99. Now priced at $2499.00 (Great Price!) 50% Off I Thought.
I purchased the TV but when I got home and look the MSRP at Toshiba's Website. The MSRP for model 62HM65 is $3199.99 and the same TV can be purchased online at many stores refurbished for $1877.00 and New for $2299.00 to $2499.00. Some have free Shipping and no sales tax.
I returned the TV even before i had unloaded it.
I feel this is misleading and false advertising and i hope this will warrant a class action law suite to be file on Sears.
I understand Sears does this even in its Retail Stores
