Ripoff, stole money from my checking account

Phone call they would not hangup. Say Feds giving away money to tax payees. To honest people who always pay their taxes.

Did not mention money or a cost until had all imformation.

Cancel as soon as I figure out what was going on. But to late got my money $249.95. Called as soon I seen the charge on my bank statement. Said it would take 15 to 18 days to get money back. They also stuck Protell on it. I also cancelled Protell same day.
