I entered some survey site where I could supposedly get a free Baby Phat phone, and on that site it wanted me to complete 2 or 3 things from their sponsors, & 1 of them was LeanLook RX offering a free sample of their diet pills. Little did I know I would be charged $106.90 on my debit card and sent another package of pills.
I called the company and I got a message reading back my phone number and to leave a message so a Customer Service Rep could call me back. I got a called back from a Rep and told her my situation and how I felt tricked into getting their product and could I possibly send the pills back since I've never used them and get a refund, and I was told "No."
I'm thinking a lot of people have been tricked this way before and this is why they will not refund you and I suggested to the Rep that they should put a letter in the 1st "Free trial" package indicating that they will have to pay for a next shipment of $106.90 (so it won't be a shocker, like in my case) and there is no way in hell you will ever get a refund.
How do companies operate like that? I've never heard of any company refusing to give a customer a refund, and now viewing their site you see their policy in little print. Tomorrow I'll call the Boss Bobbi, and see what she has to say about her crappy bussiness and why is it that I can not get a refund. Is there a legal policy?
If anyone ever gets offered free diet pills don't ever agree to getting them from LeanLook RX... They don't believe in Customer Satisfaction or that the Customer is always right.
