Ditto, ditto, ditto, I've been ripped off like the rest!
NO statements, NO way to track minutes used or not used, NO way to check if calls were made or not made, NO way to contact WCW without holding for hours first or being cut off or told "we are sorry for the billing inconvenience" and can't give you anymore information, NO way to cancel (they say they will but then they don't, NO, NO, NO, etc.
I've been totally ripped off and scammed. I received a collection letter for $2577.93 in which I must respond to within 30 days. I am seeking legal council today.
I'm telling my story to "The consumer complaints" now—
I've reported to Consumer Affairs—
I've signed a petition online that is being sent to the:
FCC—Federal Communications Commission and the
State Attorney Generals Office.
If you've "been had"—if you do nothing at all, please sign the petition on the internet "petitiononline" you cannot include any exact e-mail addresses in this report (so I hope you get the picture www.com) and fight back with the rest of us.
Once again, like the others, I'm interested in any information available on a law suit brought against MCI Worldcom (con) Wireless.
Thanking you all in advance for reading, listening and signing the petition.
