Office depot resells used goods. I bought a fax machine and it was preprogrammed and used the ink was all over the inside. I went to the store and they said they didn't do that. I gave them another chance and even bought more stuff. I got all the way home and found my new palm pilot had addresses and notes in it. Is nothing new in this store? I think they should be called RETURN DEPOT!!! Even the book that came with the palm pilot had writing in it! The box was packaged in plastic so they must of repackaged it.
